I am blessed beyond measure to serve as Senior Pastor of Christ Church PCA, Trussville. My story begins as a child, blessed to be raised in a Christian home where I heard the gospel and came to know Christ at a young age. As a young man, I sensed God’s call to gospel ministry and attended Ambassador Baptist College, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies. During my time in college, I met Heather, and we were married in August 2001. Heather and I are blessed with three grown boys: Robert "Ed", Zacharias, and Haddon.

My ministry began as a Baptist missionary and church-planting pastor in Argentina. While serving on the mission field, God, in His providence, led me to embrace Reformed convictions. After returning to my hometown of Detroit, Michigan, I completed seminary studies through Birmingham Theological Seminary and helped plant two PCA churches. I also served as a pastoral assistant at Redeemer Presbyterian in Detroit, which I helped to plant. Before coming to Trussville, I had the joy of serving as Senior Pastor of a PCA congregation in Ann Arbor, Michigan, before accepting the call to CCPCA in December 2024.
